Each Player is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) Account with win189. Upon registration, you will create a unique username and secure password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You will be required to submit proof of identity (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (if your registered address differs from your KTP address), and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name). KYC verification is typically required within 30 days of Account opening or before your first withdrawal exceeding Rp 10,000,000, whichever comes first. We reserve the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension or closure.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information during registration or KYC verification, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses or promotions, or violated any applicable law. In the event of Account closure for breach, we may forfeit your Balance. If your Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to breach, your remaining Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks.
win189 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet platforms including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to bank or e-wallet provider limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, although in some cases processing may take up to 30 minutes during high-traffic periods or due to bank system delays. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account has successfully completed KYC verification; (b) you are withdrawing to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your KYC documentation; (c) you have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (d) there are no pending investigations or disputes related to your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Larger withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours to process. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or turnover requirements) which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
